If you require any assistance when trying to select the correct product for your application or if you just want to confirm some facts before placing an order, please do contact us. You can contact us by phone, fax or e-mail. We understand that most tool enquires are urgent, therefore it is our company policy to give a personal response to all enquires the same day they are received. This obviously operates in office hours (08:30- 16:30 Monday to Friday), any inquiries received after 16:30 will be processed the following morning.

Also, if you are experiencing any technical problems with any diamond tool, whether it is an Encore high performance tool or if you have bought it elsewhere, please do take advantage of our technical knowledge and experience. If we are unable to resolve the problem through advice over the phone or via e-mail, the next step is a site visit where we can find the cause, give a full written report and recommend a solution to the problem.

We also offer guidance and help for any job. If you are looking at a new application and would like any advice on tooling, method or perhaps just to discuss the viability of a job, please feel free to ask us.
