Through experience we understand that most tool enquires are urgent, therefore it is our company policy to give a personal response to all enquires the same day they are received. This obviously operates in office hours (09:00 - 16:30 Monday to Thursday & 09:00 – 16:00 on Friday). Any enquiries received out of office hours will be processed the morning of the next working day.

Also, if you are experiencing any technical problems with any diamond tool, whether it is an Encore high performance tool or if you have bought it elsewhere, please do take advantage of our technical knowledge and experience. If we are unable to resolve the problem through advice over the phone or via e-mail, the next step is a site visit where we can investigate the cause and if required give a full written report including a recommended course of action.
